How reviews work
The reviews you read on this site cannot be written by just anyone.
Who can write them
Only someone who booked that artist through us, for an event that took place and was paid for. One review per booking, within thirty days. There is no public page for reviewing an artist: you get there only from your own booking, after signing in to your account. It is not a promise we make: it is how the site is built.
We do not filter them
A review appears as soon as it is written: it goes through no approval, and we do not decide which ones to show. A low score stays where it is.
They cannot be deleted
Neither we nor the artist can remove a review because we dislike it. The artist may reply once, and the reply appears alongside.
They are not paid for
We do not ask for reviews in exchange for anything, we do not incentivise them, and there is no technical way to insert fake ones.
How they are ordered
Most recent first. No artist can pay to look better.
If you wrote one and change your mind
You can ask us to remove your name: the signature and the text disappear, the score remains — and without a name it no longer concerns you. Write to [email protected].
If a review looks fake or offensive
Report it to the same address: we will look at it and, if it has to go, we tell whoever wrote it why.
