Il Vangelo in versi di San Luca

A number of Gospel episodes, told in particular by Luke, rendered into verse.

It is neither a work of theology nor a commentary on Church teaching: it is a short book, written so that the life of Jesus can be read also by those far from faith or belonging to other religions. The author’s stated aim is “to make poetry, and to make Christ a dear friend to everyone”: verses to open now and then, not a treatise to study.
